Retail

The retail sector has managed to remain relatively buoyant throughout the recession and we hope that this will continue for some time to come. Our Retail clients benefit from our commercially astute approach to project delivery which is of particular advantage where there are store opening dates which cannot be missed.

Our approach to Retail projects (6.1/6.12) is the same as it is for all our others in that a Director is wholly responsible for the delivery of all our pre and post planning services right through to completion on site. We have found that this is the best way to make sure that the all important pre-planning site specific knowledge remains within our design team throughout and that resource levels can be redirected whenever the need arises without delay. The retail expertise we have within Cambria is extensive and includes projects such as:

  • Major Edge of Town Food Retail Stores (Tesco, Sainsbury’s, Asda)
  • Local Food Retail Stores (Lidl)
  • Non-Food Retail Developments (Argos, Brentano, Halfords)
  • Extensions and Alterations to Existing Shopping Precincts and Malls.
  • Stand Alone Restaurant Unit Developments (McDonalds)
  • Distribution Centres (NHS, Excel)
  • Warehousing Units (BHS, Mothercare, M&S)
  • Petrol Fuelling Stations (Shell)
