House Builders

We have considerable experience of working for house builders both large and small and have developed a strong infrastructure team who understand the requirements to deliver a profitable project and on time.

Our Engineers understand the principal requirements to ensure the plots are correctly serviced and that infrastructure will be easily adopted through local authority or water board sectional agreements.

A dedicated infrastructure department will concentrate efforts on

  • Cut/Fill – We are fully licensed and highly qualified users of Autodesk Civils 3D.
  • Drainage – We are fully licensed and highly qualified users of Win Des
  • Attenuation – We have vast experience of utilising many methods of attenuation
  • Soakaways

In addition, successfully designing the streetscape and plot arrangements to provide a profitable site for the housebuilder is our priority.

Our Structural Team will also concentrate on ground conditions to reduce or remove costly ground solutions where appropriate to find the most economical solutions for difficult sites.
